Outer Slobodnikanian Salad Dressing

• 4 fluid ounces mayonnaise
• 5 tablespoons rice vinegar
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 14 teaspoon garlic powder

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix with an electric mixer until well blended and sugar is dissolved.
2. Chill.
3. Serve over polar bear tartare.
