Easy Mocha Cream Shortcakes

  1. Beat pudding mix, flavored instant coffee and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  2. Stir in COOL WHIP.
  3. Split each ladyfinger segment horizontally in half.
  4. Place bottom half of 1 ladyfinger segment, cut side up, on each of 8 dessert plates; top with pudding mixture.
  5. Cover with tops of ladyfinger segments, cut sides down.
  6. Drizzle with chocolate syrup just before serving.
