Ful Medames
- 1 12 cups canned fava beans
- 1 medium tomatoes, diced
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 onion, diced
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 12 lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Fry the onions until golden; add the garlic and cook until soft.

- Add the diced tomato, fava beans, and spices.
- Juice the lemon into the frying pan and cook through until hot.
- 3.)
- Serve with warm pita.
