Idiazabal and Milk Chocolate Sandwiches
- 1 bar Milk Chocolate (about 1.55 Ounce Size), Melted
- 1 Tablespoon Raisins
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Dry Roasted Almonds, Finely Chopped
- 1 dash Maldon Sea Salt
- 8 slices Idiazabal Cheese
- 8 slices Bread
- Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment paper-lined baking tray.
- Spread it out as thinly as possible using a rubber spatula.
- Sprinkle the raisins, almonds, and sea salt over the chocolate and place the tray in the freezer to set.
- Once the chocolate has set cut it into four equal sized rectangles.
- Place two slices of cheese and one piece of the chocolate in each sandwich (each sandwich uses two pieces of bread) and cook the sandwiches in a panini press for a few minutes on each side, or until golden.
