Cottage Cheese & Fruit
- 2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup canned mandarin oranges (in juice)
- 1/2 cup wheat and barley cereal nuggets
- 4 slices rye bread
- 4 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) sugar free TANG, favorite flavor
- Mix 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1/4 cup mandarin oranges for each serving.
- Top each with 2 Tbsp.
- GRAPE-NUTS.
- Enjoy with 1 slice toast spread with 1 tsp.
- margarine.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of TANG with breakfast.
