Fruity-Spiced Glazed Nuts

  1. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  2. Stir in pecans.
  3. Add dry gelatin mix and ginger; toss to coat.
  4. Cook until gelatin is melted and pecans are evenly coated, stirring constantly.
  5. Add red pepper; mix lightly.
  6. Spread onto waxed paper-covered tray.
  7. Cool.
  8. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
