Eggs & Veggies Scrambled in Pita Pocket

  1. Heat oil over medium low heat in a nonstick skillet; add onion and broccoli and saute 3 to 5 min.
  2. Add egg substitute and scramble until cooked through.
  3. Spoon into pita.
  4. Enjoy with an orange.
  5. Serve a glass of water with breakfast.
