Brioche-style Pancake Mix Bread

  1. Place the dry ingredients except for the yeast in the bread case.
  2. Place the butter on top, and pour in the milk, coffee creamer, and egg around it.
  3. Set up the bread case and the dry yeast in the bread maker and start the machine on the white bread course with a medium crust.
  4. Done..
  5. If you're not going to eat it immediately, let cool on top of a rack, etc.
  6. Once it cools, wrap it up to keep it from drying out.
  7. It will maintain a soft texture even after it cools.
  8. It's delicious eaten as-is, or with maple syrup or butter.
