Brioche-style Pancake Mix Bread
- 150 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 100 grams Pancake mix
- 30 grams Sugar
- 3 grams Salt
- 7 grams Skim milk (optional)
- 3 grams Dry yeast
- 30 grams Butter
- 1 Egg
- 20 ml Coffee creamer
- 180 ml of the egg, coffee creamer, and milk combined Milk
- Place the dry ingredients except for the yeast in the bread case.
- Place the butter on top, and pour in the milk, coffee creamer, and egg around it.
- Set up the bread case and the dry yeast in the bread maker and start the machine on the white bread course with a medium crust.
- Done..
- If you're not going to eat it immediately, let cool on top of a rack, etc.
- Once it cools, wrap it up to keep it from drying out.
- It will maintain a soft texture even after it cools.
- It's delicious eaten as-is, or with maple syrup or butter.
