Sage Roasted Potatoes
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 cup water
- 5 large potatoes white skinned, scrubbed clean cut into large chunks
- Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).
- Add all ingredients into a roasting pan.
- Toss to combine.
- Cover with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
- Stir every 20 minutes or so.
