Peach Soda Slush Recipe

• 4 peaches, peeled & pitted
• 1/2 c. club soda or possibly sparkling wine
• 1 tbsp. frangelico or possibly amaretto
• 1 c. crushed ice
• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

1. Puree peaches in blender container.
2. Add in club soda, frangelico and ice and blend well.
3. Freeze in ice cream maker till slushy.
4. (Or possibly turn into shallow container and freeze till solid, then process in blender till slushy.)
5. Serve in chilled glasses, garnished with peach slices in skewers.
6. Makes 4 servings.
