Peanut Butter Crunch Balls

  1. Mix cereal, peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and oleo in a large bowl.
  2. Use your hands to mix together well.
  3. Heat chocolate with 2 tsp (10 ml).
  4. margarine in a saucepan on very low heat until smooth.
  5. Roll peanut butter mixture into small balls.
  6. Use tongs to coat the balls with chocolate, then place on waxed paper.
  7. Cool chocolate/peanut butter balls in refrigerator until chocolate hardens.
