Chocolate Meringue Cookies Recipe

  1. Whip egg whites; add in cream of tartar, 1/4 c. sugar (1 Tbsp.
  2. at a time).
  3. Mix cocoa, cornstarch and remaining 1/4 c. sugar.
  4. Fold this into egg whites.
  5. Add in pecans.
  6. Bake on oiled baking sheets or possibly use non-stick pan.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 min using upper 1/3 of oven.
