Maple Ice Cream Pie

  1. In a small bowl, combine crumbs and butter.
  2. Press into bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
  3. In mixer bowl, beat marshmallow cream and sour cream until well blended.
  4. Add ice cream, walnuts and maple extract; beat well.
  5. Fold in whipped topping.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Cover and freeze overnight, or until needed.
  8. Makes 12 servings.
