Sarasota's Herb Vegetable...and so Much More...sauce
- 12 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk (you can sub heavy cream, but buttermilk is best)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (no subs for this)
- 12 teaspoon lemon juice (fresh only)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped fine)
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon (chopped fine)
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives (chopped fine)
- 1 pinch cayenne
- salt
- pepper
- Mix -- Just stir everything together.
- Nothing more, refrigerate until ready to use.
- This is wonderful, chilled over grilled asparagus, broccoli, brussels sprouts, roasted tomatoes, grilled seafood, green beans, mix a little with peas.
- It is amazing.
