Brandy Sauce

• 4 tablespoons brandy
• 23 cup reduced-fat sour cream
• 23 cup light cream
• 3 tablespoons orange juice

1. Add all into sauce pan
2. cook until reduced by half.
3. serve with favorite meat.
4. (the book serves it with a white fish).
