Sherry Curry Gravy
- 2 cups real sour cream
- 14 cup drinking sherry wine or 14 cup cream sherry
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 14 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 14 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon dried thyme
- 12 teaspoon curry powder
- 18 cup butter
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a large oven-proof bowl, place 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 cups sour cream, 1/4 cup drinking sherry, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon tarragon, 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, 1/4 stick of melted butter, and mix well.
- Bake in preheated oven, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
