Peaches And Cream

• 3/4 c. flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 3 1/4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
• 3 Tbsp. margarine
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c. milk
• 2 (15 oz.) cans sliced peaches, drained and reserved
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 3 Tbsp. peach juice
• cinnamon
• sugar

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients up to and including the milk.
2. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
3. Spread into a 10-inch pie plate.
4. Layer peaches on top.
5. Combine the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
6. Spread on top of peaches to within 1-inch around edge. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
