Natto Pasta
- 100 grams Pasta
- 1 pack Chopped natto
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Mentsuyu (concentrate)
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 Shredded nori seaweed
- Boil the pasta and then coat with a little bit of olive oil and soy sauce.
- Let sit (If you're going to be eating your pasta right away, omit this part).
- While the pasta is boiling, add the ingredients directly into the natto pack and mix it up.
- Arrange the pasta on a dish, top with the natto, and place an egg yolk in the center.
- Garnish with shredded nori.
- Add the mixed natto from Step 2, along with diced cheese, to 2-3 eggs to make an omelet.
