Chicken Creamy Ranch & Parmesan Salad
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Fat Free Ranch Dressing, divided
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 medium red pepper, sliced
- 15 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 small whole wheat s
- 4 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 4 cups red or green grapes
- 4 On-the-Go packets
- 4 bottles of water, 20 fl oz
- Toss chicken with 1/4 cup of the dressing; coat with grated topping.
- Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
- Add chicken; cook and stir on medium heat 10 min.
- or until cooked through; cut into strips.
- Combine chicken, greens, peppers, tomatoes and remaining 1/2 cup of the dressing.
- Divide into 4 equal portions.
- Complement each salad with 1/2 a bagel spread with 1 tsp.
- margarine.
- Enjoy 1 cup of grapes per person for dessert.
- COMBINE CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-GO packet with bottled water per package directions.
- Serve each person 1 water bottle with their meal.
