Tropical Fruit Medley
- One 20-ounce can unsweetened pineapple chunks, well drained
- 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
- 1 large mango, pitted, peeled, and diced
- 1 medium papaya, pitted, peeled, and diced, or 1 large banana, sliced
- One 8-ounce container lemon or lime low-fat yogurt or soy yogurt
- Combine the first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir together.
- Serve in individual dessert bowls with a dollop of the yogurt on top.
