Fried Rice

  1. Heat oil in wok (low); add garlic and jalapeno for 2 minutes. This is to season the oil.
  2. Raise temperature to high and add meat.
  3. Stir-fry until done (approximately 3 minutes).
  4. Add veggies and stir-fry until tender.
  5. If you cook too long, they will be soggy.
  6. Mix the package of seasoning with a small amount of soy sauce, oyster sauce and Worcestershire.
  7. Add mixed seasoning to wok and stir in thoroughly.
  8. Stir in the cooked rice and it is ready to serve.
  9. Rice can also be served separate from the veggies.
