4th Of July Coconut Jello
- 1 1/4 liter water
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 20 grams dried agar agar strip
- 180 grams blueberry
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 drop of vanila
- 1 drop of red food colouring
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- MAKE JELLY
- bring water to a boil then add dry agar agar and simmer for 10 minute
- add sugar till dissolved then pour our 1 cup out and add red colouring
- balance jelly add coconut milk and salt and bring to a boil then off heat
- pour in love shape mold optional and let it set and chill
- BLUEBERRY COMPOTE
- in pan put blueberry and sugar and vanilla extract simmer for 5 minute stiring gently till syrupy off heat set aside
- serve as it is in love shape
- serve as slice up optional
- COCONUT MILK DRESSING
- bring to a boil coconut milk with sugar and salt for 1 minute then off heat and set aside chilled
- To get the stripes your see on the cover picture, just cut the Jelly into rectangle stripes to make it look like the American flag.
