Chicken Spaghetti

  1. Boil chicken until done, cool and dice.
  2. Save 3 tablespoons fat from chicken broth.
  3. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
  4. Saute onions, green pepper and garlic in 3 tablespoons fat (broth).
  5. Add flour and brown.
  6. Add tomato juice and chili powder and cook until slightly thick.
  7. Drain noodles.
  8. Add 1/2 spaghetti in casserole dish, then add 1/2 chicken, then sauce, then cheese.
  9. Repeat layers in that order.
  10. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
