Fresh tomato soup

  1. Peal garlic and flatten with a knife.
  2. Now cut into small squares.
  3. Then cut the onion into small squares.
  4. (Tip: with the mouth full of water you can avoid tears).
  5. Stir together in a pot.
  6. Halve the tomatoes, add them, salt and pepper
