Ground Beef Pizza Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce with mushrooms
- 2 (12") pizza dough circles
- 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese, torn in pcs
- 1 sm. clove garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano leaves, crushed
- 1 sm. onion, sliced & separated into rings
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- In skillet, brown beef and drain off excess fat; add in garlic (garlic salt may be substituted for garlic clove, 1/8 tsp.
- is equal to 1 clove) and oregano.
- Spread tomato sauce over pizza dough circles.
- Top with meat.
- Arrange onion and green pepper rings over meat.
- Cover with Mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min or possibly till crusts are done.
