Holy Guacamole
- 6 md. soft avacados
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed well
- 1 md. tomato, diced
- 1 tsp. Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- Peel avacados, remove the seed and place the meat in a bowl.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon onto the meat being careful to remove the seeds.
- Pour the remaining ingredients into the bowl and with an eggs smasher, smash and mix together.
- Taste and add more Tony's if needed.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
