Mexican Slaw/Dip

  1. Very simple, place all ingredients in large bowl and mix.
  2. Refrigerate for a couple hours before serving.
  3. Can be served as a salad or dip with corn chips (like Fritos).
  4. Dressing can be added according to your desired consistency.
