Mexican Slaw/Dip
- 1 packages slaw mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 2 tsp cilantro (or to your taste)
- 2 cup Mexican shredded cheese
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice (juice of 1 lime)
- 2 tsp ground cumin (or to your taste)
- 1 packages Spicy Hidden Valley Ranch mix (made according to directions on package)
- Very simple, place all ingredients in large bowl and mix.
- Refrigerate for a couple hours before serving.
- Can be served as a salad or dip with corn chips (like Fritos).
- Dressing can be added according to your desired consistency.
