Clam Macadamia Puffs

  1. Whip cream cheese thoroughly.
  2. Add clams; mix well.
  3. Add scallions, chopped nuts, salt, cayenne pepper and Worcestershire sauce; whip again.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Preheat oven to 300F.
  6. Pile clam mixture generously onto crackers.
  7. Sprinkle with ground macadamia nuts and paprika.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and serve hot.
