Ambrosia Cake
- 1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 (4 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1/3 c. toasted, flaked coconut
- orange slices (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Prepare and bake cake in a 13 x 9-inch pan according to package directions.
- Cool.
- With a knife, poke holes about 1-inch apart in cake all the way through to the bottom. Combine sweetened condensed milk, juice concentrate and rind.
- Mix well.
- Spoon mixture into each hole in the cake.
- Spread remaining mixture evenly over the top of cake.
- Chill at least 1 hour. Spread whipped topping over the cake.
- Garnish with flaked coconut and orange slices, if you like.
