Salsa Italiano

  1. In a medium bowl combine tomatoes, onion, and olives.
  2. Slice artichoke hearts, reserving marinade.
  3. Stir artichokes into tomato mixture and set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, galic, basil, pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons artichoke marinade.
  5. Gently mix dressing with tomato mixture.
