Sesame Chicken Kabobs
- 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Russian or Catalina dressing
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
- 2 medium onions, cut in 1-inch squares
- cherry tomatoes or cubed zucchini
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces; place in shallow container. Set aside.
- Combine next 6 ingredients in a jar.
- Cover and shake vigorously.
- Pour over chicken.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
- Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
- Alternate chicken and vegetables on skewer. Grill kabobs about 6 inches from medium-hot coals 15 to 20 minutes, turning and basting often with marinade.
