Amazing Marinade
- 3/4 cups Orange Juice
- 3/4 cups Pineapple Juice
- 18 cups Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce
- 18 cups Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Red Onion
- 2 whole Bell Peppers (red, Yellow, Or Green)
- 1 pound Beef And/or Chicken Breast
- Combine orange juice, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, olive oil, seasoning salt, oregano, and garlic.
- Cut onion, bell peppers, and meat into big chunks.
- Add onion, bell peppers, and meat to the marinade and refrigerate overnight in a sealed container (or Ziploc bag).
- Skewer meat and veggies and grill till veggies are tender, chicken is cooked through, and beef is cooked to desired doneness.
- I usually double the marinade because I like the meat and veggies to be completely submerged in the yumminess.
- I also usually add big chunks of fresh pineapple and fresh mushrooms, but I dont marinate them.
- This recipe is so versatile.
- The kabobs can be served over greens as a salad or served with sides like potatoes.
- Instead of kabobs, you can marinate the meat whole, grill, and cut into slices for fajitas.
- The longer it marinates, the sweeter and more tender it is.
- Enjoy!
