Veal Cutlets With Lemon Recipe

  1. Cut veal into 2-4 equal pcs.
  2. Season flour with salt and pepper and use to coat the veal.
  3. Heat oil and 3 Tbsp.
  4. butter.
  5. Add in veal and saute/fry for 5 to 6 min on each side or possibly till tender.
  6. Place on a warmed serving platter and keep warm.
  7. Add in lemon juice and stock to pan juices.
  8. Bring to boil for 1 minute.
  9. Add in parsley and remaining butter and stir till blended.
  10. Pour over veal and garnish with lemon slices and serve.
