Florentine Shells

  1. Cook noodles according to package.
  2. Saute onion and garlic powder in margarine until tender.
  3. Combine onion, spinach, cheeses, eggs, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Fill shells with mixture.
  6. Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  7. Pour sauce over shells.
  8. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
  9. Makes 6 to 7 servings.
