Hanpen Fish Cake Sandwich with Chicken and Green Onions
- 2 Hanpen
- 200 grams Ground chicken
- 2 stalks Green onions (cut into small pieces)
- 2 slice Meltable sliced cheese
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Grated ginger in a tube
- Place the minced chicken, green onions cut into small pieces, and into a bowl, and mix together.
- Cut the hanpen into fourths, and cut it in half length-wise so you can make sandwiches.
- Put the mixture from Step 1 and the cheese in between, and coat with whisked egg.
- Coat a frying pan with a fair amount of vegetable oil, and cook covered with a lid over a low~medium heat.
- Flip over once browned, brown the other side, and they are done.
