Omelet a la vache qui rit
- 5 small egg whites
- 1 eggs
- 2 'la vache qui rit' cheese
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 1 tbsp water
- Heat al little olive oil in the pan.
- Mix five egg whites and one whole egg and two big spoons of Semolina with a one spoon of water.
- Bake in the pan and flip the omelet on the other side.
- Serve with 'la vache qui rit' cheese on top and fold it.
