Omelet a la vache qui rit

  1. Heat al little olive oil in the pan.
  2. Mix five egg whites and one whole egg and two big spoons of Semolina with a one spoon of water.
  3. Bake in the pan and flip the omelet on the other side.
  4. Serve with 'la vache qui rit' cheese on top and fold it.
  5. Bonne appetit !
