Blueberry Streusel Bread Recipe
- 4 Tbsp. Butter or possibly marg. at room temperature
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg at room temperature
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Fresh blueberries
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. Buttter cut in pcs

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease a 9 in.
- square baking dish.
- 2.
- With an electric mixer, cream the butter or possibly marg.
- with the sugar till light and flufffy.
- Add in the egg, beat to combine, then fold in the lowfat milk till blended.
- 3.
- Sift over the flour, baking pwdr and salt and stir just sufficient to blend the ingrediants.
- 4.
- Add in the blueberries and stir.
- 5.
- Transfer to the baking dish.
- 6.
- For the topping, place the sugar,flour, cinnamon and butter in a mixing bowl.
- Cut in with a pastry blender till the mix resembles coarse crumbs.
- 7.
- Sprinkle the topping over the batter in the pan.
- 8.
- Bake till a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
- Serve hot or possibly cool.
- Notes: I checked after 35 min and took it out shortly after which.
