Chocolate-Bourbon Balls

  1. Mix chocolate chips and honey in 1 1/2 quart casserole or bowl.
  2. Microwave uncovered on high 1 to 2 minutes or until chips are melted; stir.
  3. Stir in vanilla wafers, walnuts and whiskey.
  4. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll balls in sugar.
  6. Store in tightly covered container up to 10 days.
  7. Flavor will continue to develop as they stand.
