Broccoli Crevette Soup
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup popcorn shrimp cooked, peeled
- 1 cup clams sea, chopped, drained well
- 2 teaspoons garlic chopped fresh
- 1 1/2 tablespoons clam broth
- 13 cup flour, all-purpose
- 2 1/2 cups broccoli florets ground
- 1 quart milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon dill weed dry
- 1 tablespoon basil dry
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon white pepper ground
- Mix and saute the first 6 ingredients, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Then add 13 cup all-purpose flour and brown about 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add in the following 7 ingredients and bring to boil slowly.
