- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 12 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 14 cup egg substitute
- 34 cup whole wheat flour
- 14 cup wheat germ
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 18 cup mini chocolate chip
- Mix oats and yogurt together.
- Stir in remaining items.
- Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
