Ranch Stew

  1. In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
  2. add the beans, corn and tomatoes; bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat.
  4. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix and milk just until moistened.
  5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto simmering stew.
  6. Cover and simmer for 12 minute or until toothpick inserted in a dumpling comes out clean.
  7. Do not lift cover while simmering.
