Comforting Enoki Mushrooms and Surimi Salad

  1. Cut away the hard bottoms from the enoki mushrooms, wash with running water, and cut into halves.
  2. Put in a heat-resistant container and cover lightly with plastic wrap.
  3. Heat in a microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Rinse with cold water, squeeze out the excess water, and put in a bowl.
  5. Add the crab sticks cut in half and ingredients to enoki mushrooms.
  6. Mix together well and you're done.
  7. Tip: It's better to mix wasabi and mayonnaise well before mixing with all the ingredients.
