Comforting Enoki Mushrooms and Surimi Salad
- 1 large bag Enoki mushrooms
- 5 to 6 Imitation crab meat sticks
- 1 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 to 5 cm Grated wasabi from a tube
- 2 tsp Mentsuyu (2x concentrate)
- 1 dash Thin scallion, sliced into small rounds (optional)
- Cut away the hard bottoms from the enoki mushrooms, wash with running water, and cut into halves.
- Put in a heat-resistant container and cover lightly with plastic wrap.
- Heat in a microwave for 2 minutes.
- Rinse with cold water, squeeze out the excess water, and put in a bowl.
- Add the crab sticks cut in half and ingredients to enoki mushrooms.
- Mix together well and you're done.
- Tip: It's better to mix wasabi and mayonnaise well before mixing with all the ingredients.
