Chocolate Custard Bars

  1. BASE:
  2. COMBINE crumbs, coconut, pecans and melted butter.
  3. Press into 9" x 9" (23 x 23cm) pan.
  4. FILLING:
  5. CREAM butter, sugar and vanilla.
  6. Add custard powder and milk.
  7. POUR over base and refrigerate.
  8. When firm, melt chocolate with butter and spread over top.
  9. Refrigerate until set.
  10. Cut into bars and serve.
