Beef Stroganoff

  1. Saute the mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter.
  2. My son won't eat onions, so I process them and the garlic in the food processer first.
  3. He can't tell the difference.
  4. Add the beef and ketchup.
  5. Make a slurry with the beef broth and cornstarch, then add to beef mixture.
  6. Cook until thickened, then add the sour cream.
  7. Serve over noodles, potatoes or rice.
