Salmon in Dill Cream Sauce

  1. Cook cream cheese product and milk in large skillet on medium heat 3 min.
  2. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk.
  3. Stir in leeks.
  4. Top with fish; cook on medium-low heat 5 min.
  5. Remove fish from skillet.
  6. (Fish will not be done.)
  7. Add peas and lemon zest to sauce in skillet; mix well.
  8. Top with fish; cover.
  9. Cook 3 min.
  10. or until fish flakes easily with fork and leeks are tender.
  11. Sprinkle with dill.
