Chicken Fajita Lettuce Wraps

  1. Mix 1/4 cup dressing and cumin in medium bowl.
  2. Add chicken; toss to coat.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. to marinate.
  5. Add remaining dressing to large nonstick skillet.
  6. Stir in peppers and onions; cook on medium heat 6 to 8 min.
  7. or until crisp-tender.
  8. Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm.
  9. Cook chicken and marinade in skillet 8 to 10 min.
  10. or until chicken is done, stirring frequently.
  11. Add cooked vegetables; cook 2 min.
  12. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  13. Spoon chicken mixture onto lettuce leaves; top with cheese.
  14. Roll up.
