Blueberry Applesauce Muffins

  1. In a large bowl, combine the muffin mix, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, applesauce and vanilla.
  3. Stir into dry ingredients until well mixed.
  4. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups about 2/3 to 3/4 full.
  6. Bake at 425 for 15-18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the muffin comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan 5 minutes before removing.
  8. Makes about 14-16 muffins.
