Grilled Flank Steak

  1. Combine marinade ingredients.
  2. Pour over steak and let marinate for at least 4 hours (overnight is fine).
  3. Turn a few times.
  4. Broil over hot charcoal for 5 minutes each side.
  5. Slice steak in thin pieces.
  6. Make sure you cut against the grain.
