Ham, Broccoli & Spinach Quiche Recipe
- 8 ounce. mild cheddar cheese, grated
- Fresh broccoli
- 1 dozen Large eggs
- 1 c. ham chunks
- 1 pt. light cream
- 1-2 c. fresh spinach
- Dash of seasoned salt, garlic salt & onion salt
- 2 pie crusts, 9", frzn
- Blend Large eggs, cream, spinach and salts in blender.
- Thaw pie crusts, hot in oven for 5 min.
- In crust, put ham, broccoli and 1/2 of the cheese.
- Cover with egg mix.
- Top with rest of cheese.
- Bake in 425 degree oven for 30 to 35 min, till lightly browned and hard to the touch.
- Quiche will puff up.
