Easy Black Sesame Pudding
- 50 grams Black sesame paste
- 70 grams Sugar
- 300 ml Milk
- 5 grams Powdered gelatin
- 50 ml Hot water
- Put the black sesame paste, sugar, and 100 ml of milk in a heat-resistant bowl, then heat until the paste dissolves.
- Stir while heating.
- Pour in the rest of the milk a little at a time, and mix well.
- Thoroughly dissolve the powdered gelatin, add to the mixture, mix well, then pour into individual serving cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator, then serve when the gelatin sets.
